How does the process work?
It begins with a short message from you. Tell us a little about your pearls and what you imagine for them. From there, we'll guide you through each step and discuss possible designs together.
Can I send in any type of jewelry?
ANEW focuses on pearls and selected natural stones. If you're unsure whether your piece is suitable, just describe it briefly — we'll let you know what's possible.
At what point should I send in my beads?
You don't need to send anything right away. After our first exchange, we'll share all details about shipping and how to prepare your pearls safely for the journey to our studio.
How long does a custom-made product take?
Each remake is handcrafted with care. Depending on the complexity and materials, the process usually takes between 3–5 weeks from the moment your pearls arrive at the studio.
How much does a custom-made product cost?
Prices vary depending on the design and materials used. Simple restringing starts around €70, while a complete redesign can range from €120–300. We'll always provide an estimate before we begin.
