For international orders, additional customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you have any questions about products or orders, you can contact us anytime via email. We typically respond within 24 to 48 hours.

Standard shipping within Germany is €6. Shipping costs for European and international orders are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. Express shipping refers only to the shipping method; it does not reduce production or processing time.

You can cancel your order or request an exchange within 14 days of receipt. Returned and exchanged items must be unworn and in their original condition. Personalized or custom-made jewelry is excluded from exchange. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs or the shipping costs for an exchanged item.

The refund will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned item, either via the original payment method or, upon request, as shop credit.

Our jewelry is meticulously handcrafted. Should any defects arise within the statutory warranty period that are attributable to material or manufacturing flaws, we will, of course, take care of them. Damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or external influences is excluded from the warranty. Regardless, we are happy to review repair requests individually and, where possible, offer a paid repair or a goodwill solution.

All STUDIO ENA jewelry pieces are handmade and made exclusively to order. Each piece is created in small series with great care in our studio.

Please protect your jewelry from water, perfume, and cosmetics. Remove it before showering, sleeping, or exercising, and store it in a dry, separate place. Gold plating can naturally change over time with regular use. This is a characteristic of the material.

Our jewelry is crafted from gold-plated 925 sterling silver, freshwater pearls, and select natural stones. The gold plating is applied to 925 sterling silver. All metals used are nickel-free and hypoallergenic.

Our freshwater pearls are cultured pearls sourced from a long-established supplier in China. We also use high-quality precious and natural stones, some of which are specially crafted for STUDIO ENA. We produce in small batches and select our materials consciously and responsibly.

Every piece of jewelry from STUDIO ENA is handmade in our studio in Saarbrücken.

This results in pieces that allow for individuality, from special stone colors to adjustments in size or design.
