Shipping & Delivery Times
Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted in our studio in Saarbrücken. Because we work exclusively in small series and on a made-to-order basis, the production and preparation of your order can take up to 14 days.
Once your piece of jewelry has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
Shipping within Germany usually takes 2 to 4 business days. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Care
- Protect from water, perfume, and cosmetics.
- Remove before showering, sleeping, or exercising.
- Store dry and separately.
- Gold plating may naturally change over time with regular use. This is inherent to the material.
Repair
Every STUDIO ENA piece is designed for longevity. Should a repair or refresh ever be needed, we will personally take care of it.
