When did you start thinking about what you wanted to wear on your wedding day?
Pretty much right after the proposal. The look was super important to me — and especially that it suited me.
What was the experience of looking for a dress like — and was it as you had imagined?
I found my dress quite quickly because I had a clear vision in my head. It was great to see that it looked exactly as I had wished and hoped for in reality.
Did you have a clear idea of your style from the beginning, or did it evolve along the way?
I know my taste pretty well — usually timeless and elegant. That was always the vision for the wedding too.
How did you know it was the right dress?
By the feeling of being beautiful and comfortable. Simply like myself — but very special.

How would you describe yourself as a bride — and did wedding planning change your perception of it?
I think I was a relaxed bride, but also with certain ideas. Since I come from the industry, I know the right service providers and I absolutely had no worries that it wouldn't turn out the way I wanted.
What was the most underestimated part of putting the whole look together?
Finding the right veil. I had a specific lace in mind, and it's hard to get in Germany.
The dress usually comes first. What truly completed your look in the end?
Indeed, the perfect earrings that were perfectly matched to our color concept.

Was there a specific piece that changed the entire look?
After the ceremony, I exchanged the veil for a scarf — that changed the look from classic to modern.
How would you describe your wedding style in a few words?
Romantic & modern, with a lot of attention to detail.
What do you want to remember most about it?
I don't usually like being in the spotlight, but on that day, I didn't mind it and I loved it. You feel very loved by everyone and only receive kind words. I'll take that with me and hopefully always remember it.
