How can I place an order with STUDIO ENA?
To shop at STUDIO ENA and access all our services, we recommend that you create an account.
Information about the product
We compile all information about the product, such as size, material and composition on the product page. If you would like more information or images, please contact us by email.

You can either browse our collection on our shop page, or use the search function in the footer.
PLACING AN ORDER
- Click on the desired product on the shop overview.
- Select the desired size or material
- Add the product to the shopping cart
- When you have finished shopping, click on the shopping cart. You will find it in the upper right corner of the website.
- Select a shipping method and a payment method
- Enter your shipping details and on the next page your payment details
- After a few minutes you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Once your order has shipped, we will notify you with another email.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you wish to cancel or change an order, please contact us by email as soon as possible.
How do I know that an order has been successfully placed.
When you place an order with STUDIO ENA, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. If you have not received an order confirmation, please make sure that you have entered the correct mail address and notify us by mail.
Shipping questions
DELIVERY
Our online shop currently delivers to all destinations within the EU. We use a courier service to ensure that the order always reaches its destination as quickly as possible. Within Germany, orders are usually shipped with the shipping service provider DHL, all international deliveries are shipped with UPS. All orders are fully insured during shipping.
Please indicate if the delivery address is not the billing address. If you provide your mobile phone number, your order will automatically be converted to the DHL On Demand service (depending on the destination). You then have the option of specifying a location where the parcel can be dropped off without a signature, postponing delivery or collecting your parcel from a DHL service point.
If no one is able to accept the parcel on the day of delivery, DHL will leave a notification card informing the recipient of the delivery attempt. You can call this number to arrange a convenient time or another address for delivery of your order.
We offset the carbon emissions of our shipping through DHL GoGreen Logistics.
SHIPPING TIME
All earrings are made to order and the production time is stated on the respective product page.
As part of our sustainability practices, we usually wait until all the items in your order have been shipped together. However, we can always arrange split shipping for items ready for dispatch.If you need something urgently, please get in touch and we will always do our best to accommodate you wherever we can.
All orders shipped within Germany include VAT. Regular shipping charges are €5.50 within Germany, and €25 within the EU.

RETURNS
All items purchased from STUDIO ENA can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery. To do this, send us an email to: elena@studioena.de
To return an item, we need the following information: Order number and item description.
We ask you to give us a specific reason so that we can constantly improve our service.
The cost of the return shipment must be borne by the buyer. We ask that the package be insured according to the value of the goods. Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.
STUDIO ENA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our guidelines. Returns that do not meet our guidelines may be returned to the original shipping address at our discretion.
Damaged or defective items
Upon receipt of your order, we ask that you inspect the items directly and contact us immediately if any damage is visible or if you have received an incorrect item.

Care + repair of jewellery
REPAIR
Something you love and which accompanies you every day or on special occasions is not something you throw away or can replace so easily. That's why we offer to repair your jewellery - if this is possible. If you need minor repairs or polishing, we can offer you an affordable and hassle-free refurbishment service, just contact us by email.
To care for your jewellery and keep it free of grease and dirt, I recommend that you regularly rub it with a jewellery polishing cloth to make it shine again.
ENA jewellery has a gold plating with a thickness of 3 micros, which means that the gold should last 2-3 years if worn regularly. Contact us by mail for this too and we can find a solution together.

CARE
The jewelry should be stored in a place that is free from moisture to avoid tarnishing. In general, however, it can be said that tin begins to tarnish much later compared to silver. If the jewelry loses its luster, it can be polished again without any problems.
Nevertheless, if possible, avoid wearing the jewelry while sleeping, washing, or showering. The surface may become dull due to contact with cosmetics.
