How can I place an order with ENA?

To shop at ENA and access all our services, we recommend that you create an account.

Are you looking for an item?

You can either browse our collection on our shop page, or use the search function in the footer.

Information about the product:

We compile all information about the product, such as size, material and composition on the product page. If you would like more information or images, please contact us by email.

Placing an order:

- Click on the desired product on the shop overview.

- Select the desired size or material

- Add the product to the shopping cart

- When you have finished shopping, click on the shopping cart. You will find it in the upper right corner of the website.

- Select a shipping method and a payment method

- Enter your shipping details and on the next page your payment details

- After a few minutes you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Once your order has shipped, we will notify you with another email.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you wish to cancel or change an order, please contact us by email as soon as possible.

How do I know that an order has been successfully placed.

When you place an order with ENA, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. If you have not received an order confirmation, please make sure that you have entered the correct mail address and notify us by mail.

Do I need an account to place an order with ENA?

It is possible to place an order as a guest. The order confirmation as well as shipping and tracking updates will still be sent to you by mail. If you choose to create an account, you will have several advantages: you will be able to complete the order process faster and track your orders conveniently.

Where is the delivery from?

All orders are shipped from Germany.
