We build our pieces to last. And even if something does break, that’s no reason to give up on it: almost everything can be repaired, often more than once. That’s why we always repair purchased pieces free of charge.

How much will the repair cost you?

• The repair itself: free of charge, provided the damage was not caused intentionally.
• Shipping: If the purchase is covered by the statutory two-year warranty, we will also cover the shipping costs. After that, you only pay for shipping; the repair will still be free of charge.

How it works

2. We’ll review your request and get back to you.
3. If there are shipping costs, we’ll send you a payment link.
4. You send us your piece, we repair it and send it back to you.
